Jasvir came to Canada in 2005. At 8 months old he suffered an injury that impaired his ability to walk, it was difficult for him to get to and from school. After his move to Canada, Jasvir struggled with loneliness and took English classes to connect with others. In 2013 Jasvir connected with The Bennett Edge where he received employment services that assisted him in gaining employment. He now works at the departure level at Pearson airport.
