Asma is new to Canada. She came to Employment Ontario Peel for help finding a job and translating her previous experience to the Canadian market.

Jasvir came to Canada in 2005. At 8 months old he suffered an injury that impaired his ability to walk, it was difficult for him to get to and from school. After his move to Canada, Jasvir struggled with loneliness and took English classes to connect with others. In 2013 Jasvir connected with The Bennett Edge where he received employment services that assisted him in gaining employment. He now works at the departure level at Pearson airport.

Richard came from Lebanon to Canada in September 2022 as a refugee. He moved to Canada to start over. After meeting Apoorva at Family Services Peel, Richard received employment services support and was able to find meaningful employment that changed his life.
