We support job seeker plan their careers, search for jobs, and gain skills based on info gathered collaboratively with clients and employers. We specializee in supporting individuals with justice-involvment, specifically youth with higher support needs, we address barriers related to antisocial behaviours, employment gaps, and seeking pardons. This phase may include linkage to alternative wrap-around supports, registering for group based workshops, additional coaching and mentorship. Our focus includes providing tailored employment preparation services, integrated case management, and specialized workshops. We will implement a robust case management approach involving regular assessments and ongoing support, collaboration with various service providers, personalized engagement with clients and community stakeholders.
