Founded in 1974, Times Change Women’s Employment Service is a Toronto-based non-profit organization. Our core mission is to guide women toward sustainable and fulfilling careers by seamlessly blending counselling, workshops, training, and online resources. At our centre, women enjoy access to high-quality resources and career counselling.
