RNC Employment Services nurtures an individualized customer focused approach to providing excellence in quality employment and vocational services connecting job seekers with employers to guide participants into gainful employment and facilitate job retention. We provide integrated employment services, including employment resources and information, career counselling, job search supports, job placement and matching, job development and employment retention to help Ontarians prepare for and secure sustainable employment. RNC Employment Services also supports employers with their human resource needs by matching screened candidates with available job opportunities and offering placement and training incentives and supports.
