Operation Springboard

Operation Springboard is a trusted leader in providing innovative, client-focused programs and services that help people build their skills, achieve their goals, and contribute to their communities. Our work focuses on three main areas:

Developmental Services: Supporting individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently and meaningfully engage in their communities.
Employment Services: Helping individuals overcome barriers to secure meaningful employment and gain the skills necessary for long-term success.
Justice Services: Offering programs for youth and adults in conflict with the law to help them reintegrate into the community.
We also manage the Community Learning HUB, an online platform that provides interactive, accessible training and resources for youth and adults across Canada.
